Interview10x provides tools and services to help users with their professional documents. Our services include CV processing and related functionalities to enhance your job application process.
To use certain features of our service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
By uploading your CV or other content to our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide our services to you. By using our services, you also consent to our use of cookies and tracking technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified terms.

Interview10x offers a 30-day money-back guarantee subject to the following conditions:
Users must demonstrate sufficient effort in their job search and provide evidence that our services did not result in securing interviews. This evidence must include documentation of rejections from at least 30% of total applications submitted.
We expect users to be dedicated to their job search, with a minimum of 10 applications submitted per day (approximately 300 applications within the 30-day period). Refund requests will only be considered when accompanied by the required documentation of application activity and outcomes.
The decision to issue a refund remains at the sole discretion of Interview10x after reviewing all submitted evidence.
Each Interview10x account is intended for use by a single individual only. We actively monitor for account sharing activities using various technological measures.
Any detected violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination. Account termination due to sharing violations will not qualify for any refund or reimbursement of remaining balance or subscription fees.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and preventing unauthorized access to their accounts.
